Manscaping - Brows to Brazilians

Class registration closes the Friday BEFORE each scheduled event.

Pre-Requisite Requirement: Tip2Toe Waxing Class. Classes can be taken on the same day.  (Exception: The Tip2Toe pre-requisite requirement does not apply to any student who completed our "Day of Female Brazilians" class AFTER July 1, 2008.)

From the people that brought you "Day of Brazilians" (a class devoted exclusively to female Brazilian waxing), now comes a class devoted to guys and their body waxing needs. This is a comprehensive brows-to-brazilians waxing course that will explore a full-range of services - from basic grooming to a full-Brazilian wax. Our jam-packed course curriculum includes:

1. Theory - Here is where you learn the foundation of performing male waxing services.  We will discuss appropriate client in-take services, male hair structure and how to help your clients avoid painful ingrowns, plus pre and post waxing protocol. Also included in your class materials are illustrations providing information about: hair growth patterns, client positioning, client assists (very important!), recommended wax use and application for each area, and how to "blend" areas so that he looks more natural.

2. Waxing Demonstration - As the students gather around close, the instructor will demonstrate on our class model(s) how to perform a male Brazilian waxing service. Students will be shown each client position and client assist technique outlined in the class materials, see all hard and soft wax application and release techniques, ask as many questions as they like both before, during and after the procedure, and assist in client intake, and pre & post-skin care procedures. This "intimate" demonstration approach will keep both our models and students safe, avoiding any injuries and serious waxing pitfalls, as you learn this delicate procedure. Due to the nature of the service being performed nudity is to be expected. THIS CLASS IS OPEN TO BOTH FEMALE AND MALE STUDENTS.

All participants will receive certificates of completion, and be eligible to be listed on our website where we will help you market your services.
