How to Become a Grace Albert Aesthetics Trainer

You know that we have an opening in your area, and now you are interested to see if you qualify. All Grace Albert Aesthetics trainers are independent contractors. All independent contractors must be licensed and insured estheticians and/or cosmetologists in the state in which they work and teach. Candidates are also required to have attended at least two (2) Grace Albert Aesthetic waxing classes. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years body waxing and brow design experience, possess excellent presentation skills, have a passion for learning and advanced education, be professional in appearance and manner, and be responsible and personable.

We require that all contractors train for us a minimum of four (4) times per year in the region in which they live and/or work. Compensation is based on the number of students present  and the number of hours taught, and ranges from $125 - $350 , plus product commission. Private training opportunities are also available. Class registration, mass marketing, and student follow-up are performed by Grace Albert staff members.  If you are interested in a posted position then review the steps below to see how to get started.

Step 1: Submit your resume and cover letter via e-mail to Grace Albert Aesthetics at info@perfectbro w.com . Use the phrase "Resume Submission" in the subject line of the e-mail.

Step 2: Interview Process – All parties of interest to Grace Albert Aesthetics will be contacted by GAA personnel to set up a first interview: First interviews will be conducted by telephone. Upon mutual agreement, Grace Albert will conduct a second interview, either in person or by telephone.

Step 3: Viable candidates who have not already attended the required number of GAA classes will need to do so at this time. This is an important step in familiarizing yourself with our products and company.  All related costs of attending classes – registration, travel, lodging, meals, etc. are the sole responsibility of interested candidates.

Step 4: Training candidates will be sent a CONTRACTOR'S AGREEMENT for review and signature.

Step 5: Congratulations! Upon mutual agreement, approved training candidates will be invited to participate in the next regularly-scheduled Grace Albert Aesthetics Train-the-Trainers event. Training events are typically scheduled two times per year, and last 2 – 3 days. Grace Albert Aesthetics will not be responsible for any travel, lodging and/or any other costs incurred by Contractor related to these events.    < /p>

Step 6: Upon graduation, trainer receives their Grace Albert Training Kit.


Step 7: Main office will contact new trainer to begin scheduling classes in their area.
