classes to be provided by Grace Albert;
“Terms & Conditions of Use” and
“Agreement” means the terms and conditions of
the Company as referred to and/or contained herein;

using this website and/or availing of any information and/or
services available on or via this website;
“We” and “Our” and “Us”
means Grace Albert.

Class Cancellation & Refund
Policy
Classes
To receive a full refund registered students must provide
written notice of cancellation no later than ten days prior
to start date of class. Written notification of cancellation
may be submitted via e-mail (betsy@perfectbrow.com) or fax (818-367-2006). Please include your complete name,
mailing address, contact phone number, and date and name of
class that you would like to cancel. Cancellation requests
received after the ten-day period will be entitled to attend
a future class, of the same or lesser value, within one year
of original registration date.
Products
We are committed to offering our customers the highest
quality products. Full refunds are available on any unopened
and/or unused cosmetic, eyebrow design, and/or waxing
products if returned within 14 days of receipt. Shipping,
postage and/or delivery fees are not refundable. Master
Eyebrow Kits returned within 14 days will be refunded, less
a 20% restocking fees.
