Victoria Bush is a graduate of Georgia State University, licensed esthetician, waxing educator, eyebrow design trainer, makeup artist, and author. She has written several beauty industry articles published in Dermascope, Modern Salon, Black Beauty & Hair, Vibra, Beauty Beat, and others. She is the author of the Milady textbook and workbook entitled, "How to Create the Perfect Eyebrow."

Ms. Bush is a seasoned educator and speaker and recently spoke at the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP)Convention in March 2005 in San Diego and at the Electrology Association meeting in October 2005 in Chicago. She is a featured guest speaker at the Wisconsin Electrology Association Meeting, in April 2006 and taught classes upon invitation at the Chicago Midwest Beauty Show in March 2006.

Victoria's professional goal is to teach beauty professionals around the world the art and science of Eyebrow Shaping and Design so all women can have the beautiful eyebrows they've always wanted.
